    Have used these for years. Always a good layer of protection for frequent spotting. Don't have to worry about a bit of surprise, no costume change needed.

    Comfortable

    The adhesive on these liners is durable and the cotton liner itself is breathable. When I experience leakage from my tampon, these things about the moisture like it's nuthin'! I won't go back to store brands!
