How do I wear the heating patch?

Peel off the paper backing, and adhere the sticky side of the heating patch to your underwear or clothing, wherever you’re feeling PMS cramps or soreness. For most, that’s the abdomen or lower back, but you can use it anywhere — just avoid placing the patch directly on your skin.

The soft side of the patch must face outward, not against your skin. Use immediately after opening, and dispose after use. And finally, calm those cramps with heating patches that last.

    So warm!

    My child told me that it was better than a heating pad or hot water bottle because the patch is portable and discrete. She wore it to bed and at school with great success. I'll be getting on the subscription.

    Love these heating patches! They help so much with my lower back pain. The heat lasts up to 12 hours! My 17 year old daughter also uses them on her lower belly area for menstrual cramps. Wish they had stuff like this when I was younger.
