How do I wear the heating patch?

Peel off the paper backing, and adhere the sticky side of the heating patch to your underwear or clothing, wherever you’re feeling PMS cramps or soreness. For most, that’s the abdomen or lower back, but you can use it anywhere — just avoid placing the patch directly on your skin.

The soft side of the patch must face outward, not against your skin. Use immediately after opening, and dispose after use. And finally, calm those cramps with heating patches that last.

    Heating patches provides relief!

    These are great! Easy to apply, stays on well, easy to remove! They've been used on both the abdomen and the back, depending on where the cramping is. They have even been used on very cold nights as foot warmers - just apply to the sole or around the toes! Highly recommend

    Endometriosis

    This patch has saved me on days when my endo is so painful that the ibuprofen doesn't work all the way. It's nice to be able to throw one of these on and not worry about having to stay plugged in to the wall (like with my heating pad)!

    These produce a good amount of heat, one lasts a good portion of the day, especially because the heat stays contained under pants. Love these for the days I don't want to walk around with my heating pad wrapped around me.
