Lola’s Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

These Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between ALYK, Inc. d/b/a/LOLA NY, USA corporation with its principal place of business at 13 W 36th street (the "Company"), and the individual or entity participating in the Company's Ambassador Program (the "Ambassador"). Collectively, the Company and the Ambassador may be referred to as the "Parties."

Program Overview

1.1 The Ambassador Program (the "Program") is designed to promote Lola’s products or services by individuals or entities who have been selected as ambassadors based on their genuine interest and enthusiasm for our brand.

1.2 The Ambassador shall promote the Company's products or services through various means, including but not limited to social media, blog posts, and personal interactions.

Ambassador Obligations

2.1 The Ambassador agrees to actively and authentically promote the Company's products or services in a positive and truthful manner.

2.2 The Ambassador shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising and disclosure requirements.

2.3 The Ambassador shall maintain the integrity and reputation of the Company and its products or services.

Non-Monetary Compensation

3.1 Non-monetary Compensation for the Ambassador's services may include, but is not limited to, discounts, free products, or other incentives, as specified in a separate agreement between the Parties.

3.2 The Ambassador acknowledges that non monetary compensation is contingent on their successful promotion of the Company's products or services and is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Confidentiality

4.1 The Ambassador may gain access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company. The Ambassador agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.

Term and Termination

5.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Ambassador and shall continue until terminated by either Party with or without cause.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Ambassador's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including a breach of this Agreement or violations of applicable laws or regulations.

Miscellaneous

6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

6.2 This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both Parties.
By participating in the Ambassador Program, the Ambassador acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
