How do I wear the heating patch?

Peel off the paper backing, and adhere the sticky side of the heating patch to your underwear or clothing, wherever you’re feeling PMS cramps or soreness. For most, that’s the abdomen or lower back, but you can use it anywhere — just avoid placing the patch directly on your skin.

The soft side of the patch must face outward, not against your skin. Use immediately after opening, and dispose after use. And finally, calm those cramps with heating patches that last.

    Where Have These Been my Entire Life?

    Good Afternoon Ladies,

    My name is Grace and I am here to tell you, if you struggle at all with cramps, these are magical. I was a sceptic before because I had tried salonpas or icy hot patches for the lower back and I sort of made them work but these right here work! These fit so perfectly and the adhesive is sticky enough that it won't move on you, but not so sticky that you worry about pain when you take it off. It says it heats for 12 hours on the box and I believe that. I was finally able to catch enough relief to take a nap today on my day off and I didn't have to reheat anything. Thank you Lola for this wonderful product!

    Amazing heat

    I LOVE these heating pads. My cramps have been getting a little worse now that I’m getting older. I can’t be out and about with my regular heating pad. I gave these a go, I’m glad I did. I also get back pain during my period when it is cold. These have helped for my back as well. I love how warm they get and they last a long time. They are thin, not bulky, easy to carry in your purse, and comfortable. I highly recommend these heating pads.
