Hot & Cold Perineal Gel Pads For Postpartum Relief
Cold: Freeze for at least two hours before placing the pack inside the disposable sleeve.
Hot: Heat only one pack at a time and start with a room temperature pack. Wrap in a moist cloth or paper towel and place in the center of the microwave turntable. Microwave for the time indicated below. If more heat is needed, reheat in intervals. Check for hot spots and knead the pack to distribute heat evenly, then rotate 180 degrees before reheating. Always touch test the pack to ensure safe, even heat before use.
