Wish I made the switch sooner
The Lola Cup is awesome! The ease of mind I feel is great; I don't have to worry about leaking during the day or at night. It only took two times to learn how to correctly insert it. Definitely go with the small size if this is your first cup. I have heavy flow and it has no issue with capacity. It's really easy to clean too. If you're on the fence about whether or not to try the Lola Cup I would just give it a shot. Not having to buy tampons or pads anymore is a huge money saver!

The cup works well and I experienced no leaks. I think I need to get used to the placement a bit. I found additional effort was needed to urinate when it was in place and I read online this is likely due to placing it too high. It’s well made and easy to clean.

Long time Menstrual Cup User Happy
I have been using menstrual cups for the last 8 years, and wanted to switch to a cup that had medical grade silicone. Boy have I been missing out! This cup does all the things that I didn't love about my old cups. It's flexible, yet suctions well, easy to grip, and cleans well. If your comparing menstrual cup brands- no need to look any further! This is the one for you!
