How do I wear the heating patch?

Peel off the paper backing, and adhere the sticky side of the heating patch to your underwear or clothing, wherever you’re feeling PMS cramps or soreness. For most, that’s the abdomen or lower back, but you can use it anywhere — just avoid placing the patch directly on your skin.

The soft side of the patch must face outward, not against your skin. Use immediately after opening, and dispose after use. And finally, calm those cramps with heating patches that last.

    Love these! Sometimes I wish they weren’t quite so warm but other than that, they are great and really help with cramps and back aches. I do wish they cost a bit less and had more in a box.
