I've been using this for years, ever since figuring out my cramps gets better with organic pads. These have been helpful. I like the latest design/texture of these pads, the adhesive on the wings are a little too strong in my opinion, sometimes it rips when I try to remove from the undergarment, but aside from that, it works well.
