Hot & Cold Perineal Gel Pads For Postpartum Relief
Cold: Freeze for at least two hours before placing the pack inside the disposable sleeve.
Hot: Heat only one pack at a time and start with a room temperature pack. Wrap in a moist cloth or paper towel and place in the center of the microwave turntable. Microwave for the time indicated below. If more heat is needed, reheat in intervals. Check for hot spots and knead the pack to distribute heat evenly, then rotate 180 degrees before reheating. Always touch test the pack to ensure safe, even heat before use.

These are great cold packs because they are not solid ice, but you can wrap them around things instead. I used them in my underwear and they were very comfortable. I also used them in my bra on some tender spots after my milk came in and they were perfect. They could wrap around my breast easily. Highly recommend.

Although i have only used the gel pads twice now, i really like them cold! I have birth to my beautiful baby girl feb 16 and needed stitches for perineal tear. The shape of the gel pad fits perfect in my underwear.
