How do I insert a menstrual cup?
We love the menstrual cup because it’s sustainable, cost-effective, easy to use, and provides up to 12 hours of reliable leak protection.
Wash your hands and cup before use. Sit or squat while inserting the folded cup. When it’s time to empty, pinch the ribbed base above the stem of your cup to break its seal, and gently pull to remove. Wash and repeat.
