International Day of Charity

International Day of Charity

We're proud of our 9-year (and counting!) history of partnering with organizations that work to eradicate period poverty, support female healthcare initiatives, and normalize the conversation around menstruation.

International Day of Charity was declared by the United Nations General Assembly in 2012, and is observed annually on September 5th.

Through donations, education, and candid conversations, we can all work towards period equity and a better world.

You can make an instant impact, at no extra cost, the next time you shop with us.

An award winning organization, #HappyPeriod is the first Black-led menstrual movement advocating for wellness through decolonized health education and cultural change.

Reproductive Justice

Fund 2,500 tampons for BIPOC people in Georgia via SisterSong.

SisterSong is a Southern based, national membership organization; our purpose is to build an effective network of individuals and organizations to improve institutional policies and systems that impact the reproductive lives of marginalized communities.

Sustainability

Fund 500 seeds for 50 women to plant a climate-resilient garden via Women's Earth Alliance.

Women's Earth Alliance (WEA) is on a mission to protect our environment, end the climate crisis, and ensure a just, thriving world by empowering women’s leadership. In some of the most environmentally threatened places in the world, WEA leaders are defending forests and rivers, saving threatened indigenous seeds, launching sustainable farms, conserving coral reefs, and protecting land rights.

Women's Health

Fund training for 15 youth activists advocating for non-toxic care products via Women's Voices for the Earth (WVE).

WVE drives action towards a future free from the impacts of toxic chemicals rooted in gender justice alongside those historically and presently ignored by the environmental health movement by leveraging an intersectional solidarity approach based on their expertise in research, advocacy and organizing.
